Established in Tivat in 2021, Obin Construction develops its own residential projects in Montenegro. Our 18-apartment project, completed in 2026, lets you see our approach from building design to interiors. We are now planning a new 34-apartment project. Montenegro is continuing its EU accession negotiations; membership and its timing remain subject to negotiations and formal approvals.
